Lisa Sorgini is an australian photographer living in Melbourne: her work resembles an ongoing dialogue with narrative and documentary style photography, combining an endless fascination with the contingent beauty of unrehearsed moments and the way in which imagery can create an emotional response to the viewer.
I was extremely fascinated by this particular serie. Broken botany shows us the the peculiar eye and narrative experience of the photographer, making each image fragile and touching.
