WELCOME BACK.

For some strange reasons when i woke up this morning i recalled that today is the blog's anniversary: it has been three years since that day in december when i decided to start sharing my thoughts online. I know 2015 hasn't been the most productive year of my blogging activities but lots of stuff passed by and the inspiration kinda faded away.
Anyway i really care about this little blog and even though it's super hard to get back on the web after such a long pause i thought: "why not doing it now?"
That's why i took the chance of a special day to write this post and tell you that i'm going to try and commit a bit more to this platform: i'm thinking about some design shake-up, i'm super excited to share a project i've been working on during this year and (maybe because of the festive mood that's starting to surround us) i got lots of ideas for future posts!

PINNING PALETTES.

 

I love using Pinterest. Waking up in the morning and start the day with this eye-candy always puts me in a good mood and spending hours browsing through beautiful images and creating boards is always the best tool to keep myself inspired.

One thing i really enjoy is going through my pins page and discover what i'm more into during the last week or month, have you ever tryed? Did you ever notice your images sometimes follow a particular mood or a color palette?

BERLIN TILES.

I found out about this photographic series a few days ago on the Present&Correct blog and these colorful images immediately caught my eyes (due to tiles and type combined together, of course!).
Photographer Kate Seabrook decided to document Berlin's entire U-Bahn system, end to end, one line at a time:

"The idea for the project was born out of an appreciation of the impressive and varied styles of U-Bahn architecture and typography and the reliability of the system to get Berliners where they need to go. What makes Endbahnhof special is that each line is shot in a single journey, disembarking at each station to photograph it before the next train arrives."

IT WAS ABOUT TIME!

Ring-a-ding! Service announcement: i'm finally back on the blog!

It's been THREE MONTHS since my last post - major apologies - but it has been quite a rough period around here.
At least i have some huge news: i made it to get my degree. I've been full-time absorbed with my final project since the beginning of the year but now i can call myself an architect (it still sounds pretty crazy to me!).

So, catching up: the last few weeks have been all about relaxing, spending time with friends, taking looong walks around the city and enjoin' the gorgeous spring weather: here are a few pics (you can find more on Instagram.. i'm getting addicted to it!), welcome back on the blog and stay tuned for more inspiration!
